President

SUZAN M. JAGGER is President of Jagger Advisory. Recognized as a thought leader with razor-sharp vision in strategy and transformation, performance benchmarking, commercial development, technology and innovation, she has partnered with multinational clients across the energy industry for more than 25 years.

She leads the Jagger Advisory team with a deep understanding of the drivers for success in the most challenging growth and frontier markets. A hallmark of her career is the close-knit trusted advisor business working relationships she developed with her clients over the years.

Suzan began in the oil and gas industry at Mobil, followed by work for an independent trading company as Commercial Manager for crude oil and light product trading across markets in China, Europe and West Africa. Subsequently, she started her consulting career at the Refining & Energy Practice at Chem Systems (now Nexant) and went on to Director-level positions at Muse Stancil & Co. and PFC Energy (acquired by IHS).

She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Sweet Briar College. She is based at Jagger Advisory’s head office in Litchfield, Connecticut.
